Just Desserts started life in the now world famous Salt’s Mill and baked their first cake one cold February morning in 1985. We’ve been busy ever since and have earned an enviable reputation for quality and service, producing an extensive range of high quality hand made desserts and quiche, all of which are delivered in our own temperature controlled vehicles.
We’re open from Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.00pm (3.00pm on Fridays) with an out of hours/busy line answer machine in operation so ordering couldn’t be easier. We run a friendly and helpful telesales service and can arrange to ring you on a regular basis or you can just ring your order through when you’re ready. Ideally this should be during office hours at least the day prior to delivery but you can leave messages and orders on the answer machine overnight. The more notice you can give helps us to provide you with the best possible service.
Our team of qualified bakers are enthusiastic and experienced and all have up-to date hygiene training. We operate a hazard analysis policy, which is reviewed annually with the assistance of our food safety consultant. We do not use GM ingredients. All products are clearly labelled with ingredients, allergen advice, storage instructions, best before dates and use by instructions. Following these guidelines will ensure you get the best from each product.
On the environmental front we now recycle our waste paper and cardboard and plan to do the same with our plastic waste soon.
